MARY E. LYTLE graduated from Furman University in 1990 with a major in political science. She then obtained her J.D. with honors from Florida State University College of Law in 1993. Ms. Lytle is a senior partner with the law firm of Lytle & Sherry, P.A. located in Orlando, Florida.

During her fifteen years of practice, Ms. Lytle has practiced in the area of employment law, representing both employees and management. Her practice includes the handling of cases under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Florida Civil Rights Act, wage and hour disputes under the Fair Labor Standards Act, cases under the Family Medical Leave Act, and other federal and state statutes governing employment law situations. Ms. Lytle's representation of management includes preparing employee handbooks and policies and procedures in the workplace; handling non-compete situations; and, acting in an advisory capacity or as a litigator for corporate entities.
